We’re moving your Jive account to Zoom
If you’re receiving this message, it’s because you have an active Jive phone account here at Workfront. We’re in the process of moving all of our Jive phone accounts to Zoom to provide employees with a more streamlined experience. Any incoming calls will go to both Jive and Zoom until we officially move your number over on Friday, August 30. In the meantime, you can continue to use Jive or immediately make the jump to Zoom phones!
Reasons for the switch to Zoom phones:
- Streamlined experience — You already use Zoom every day, now your phone will be part of that same great experience directly from the same app you already use! You can make/receive calls, view history, check your voicemail, start a meeting, and record the call all in one place.
- Call quality — Zoom’s voice quality has been proven over the past 2 years with Workfront and we are now able to better track and diagnose call quality issues from Zoom’s live call dashboard.
- Local numbers — We are now able to provide local phone numbers for any state in the U.S. For those in the U.K., you can choose from Basingstoke (01256) or London (020) numbers. Fill out this form for a local number.
We will conduct Zoom phone trainings during the month of August. You will receive invitations for these optional trainings later this week. For those who can’t attend live, these meetings will be recorded and shared on Connect.
If you don’t want to wait to start using your Zoom phone, you can find training resources here! You’ll receive an email directly from Zoom when your phone account is created later today.
